Hello All! Welcome to on-line training week #3. Go "Stream Team"!!!
I have to tell you teaching on-line has been an amazing experience for me. I am so used to teaching to a room full of people, teaching to a camera lens is a vastly different experience. I am so used to feeding off of your energy (and yelling at you when you do something wrong). I truly appreciate your emails, blog and YouTube comments. All reports say this week and the next may be the hardest. It is more important then ever to stay in "community". Part of the enjoyment of Tai Chi is seeing our friends and visiting with them (sometimes well after the start of class --- you know who you are!).
So let's try something this week to connect with one another. I miss seeing you all so much I would like you to send me a picture of you doing Tai Chi with me. I am going to open up a gallery and post your pictures you send me on-line. It will give us a great chance to see all of our Tai Chi friends from class. I don't care if you are doing Tai Chi in your pajamas, send me the picture. You can even share a short message and if I can figure out how to post that also I will. Please include which class you normally attend (day of week and location).
Here is this weeks schedule:
Monday 10:00 - 11:00 Class for Everyone
Tuesday 10:00 - 11:00 Seated Tai Chi/Shibashi
11:15 - 12:15 Advanced Tai Chi/Shibashi
Wednesday 10:00 - 11:00 Tai Chi for Everyone
11:15 - 11:45 Meditation

Thursday 10:00 - 11:00 Tai Chi for Everyone
11:15 - 12:15 Advanced Tai Chi
Friday 10:00 - 11:00 Blended Class (see note below)
11:15 - 12:15 I'm teaching my Parkinson's Friends for the APDA. You can find me on the APDA St. Louis exercise channel.
Please reach out to your fellow classmates and do on-line Tai Chi with them (and tell them to take a picture and send it in). This is also a good week to reach out to a neighbor or friend and encourage them to join in.
I can't wait to see your pictures!!! Now if I can just figure out how to set up a gallery..............
