I have a special treat for you this week.
I was planning on talking about breathing, but this is so perfect and ties in so well with my past posts I had to let you see this.
Many of you have heard me talk about Dr Lam. Truly an amazing man. Several have had a chance to meet and train with him. I have had the honor of training with Dr Lam many times. Dr Lam is not only a Tai Chi master but is also teaching master. When I receive compliments about my teaching a lot of that glory goes to Dr Lam. I have been blessed with great teachers and amazing coaches throughout my life. I have learned something from all of them. Watching Dr Lam teach his workshops has been an inspiration to me.

The video is less than 18 minutes long. I urge you to watch this video!!! I'll even let you substitute watching this video in place of your 20 in 2020 workout!!! That is how strongly I feel you should see this video.
My challenge to you this week is re-commit yourself to doing 20 minutes of exercise (10 minutes of deep breathing, 10 minutes of Tai Chi) in 2020. It is hard to develop a habit but stick with it and you will be amazed with the results.
